Audrey and Justin went back to their hotel and watched TV. Audrey was on the Internet checking her Email. She sent an Email to her friend, Marrianne. Marrianne sent her back an email:
| Hi Audrey, How's your trip? Mine is fine. Oh, Silly me. I forgot to tell you that I'm in Los Angeles this month. I'm at the Holiday Inn, and in room 216. Visit me ASAP. Actually, I'll come to your house today at 9:00 am. See you then! Marrianne |
Audrey looked at her watch. It was 8:58. Audrey explained to Justin that Marrianne was coming over. He was fine with it. Then, Audrey heard the doorbell ring. It was Marrianne. Audrey introduced Marrianne to Justin.
"Hey, Audrey. Tomorrow, there's an audition for a talent show. Do you want to enter?" asked Marrianne.
"Sure. What about you, Justin?"
"Yea, that'll be cool."
