Learning to Keep the Faith

Lance was sitting in their bus with Justin, when a very loud knock came to the door.

"I'll get it." Justin got up and went to the door, he opened it and he fell to the ground then sat back up as two guys with black masks on picked him up and took him outside. Lance was frozen to his seat. Then Chris came in to where Lance was still in shock.
"Hey Lance. What's wrong?"

Just then the two guys came back with clubs this time and walked toward Chris.

Chris now was terrified, he backed up to where JC and Joey were sleeping. Lance got up slowly and ran outside and hid behind a trash dump near the bus. He listened and watched to see his three band members dragged out of the bus and into a strange car.

Now he was scared because he knew he was next. He turned around and ran down the dirt path as fast as he could run. Then he heard a car behind him, he picked up speed and ran faster then he ever did before in his whole life. Faster then running from fans, or Justin when Justin got mad for some reason. Lance felt the car right on his tail he left the road and into a pasture with horses. He heard the car stop and those same two guys get out and run after him. He ran toward the horses. He came up to a black one and jumped on his back. The horse reared, but Lance hung on tight. Then he gave the horse a little nudge to get him going. The horse figured Lance was in trouble and started gallopping through the field and up to the farm house where a farmer and his wife were sitting on the porch talking quietly. As the horse came closer, the farmer's wife (Lilly) got up when seeing the black stallion running toward the house. The horse slowed his pace when close to the house and Lance jumped off and climbed the fence. Lilly approached him and helped him down.

"Well I say. What were ya doin' on Blackie there? And making him run as fast as he did?"
"Well, Ma'am. I'm running away from two guys with black masks on. They already got my friends." Lance said being polite.
"Oh, well, we'll help you get your friends back." Jack (the farmer) said coming up behind his wife.
"Thank you."

Just then the two robbers came running through the grass with clubs and running toward Lance.

"Oh, we'll handle them." Lilly and Jack went to meet the guys and beat them down.

Then they rescued the rest of the members of NSYNC. It so happens that the four who were caught and injected with some kind of drug and had to be put in the hospital for three days. But in the end every body was happy.

"Well, sonny. Guess we'll be leaving. Your friends are out of that horrible place and safe at home. So, see ya." Lilly said giving Lance a bear hug.
"Yeah, but I think you can let go now." Lance said gasping for air.
"Oh, sorry. Bye. And Keep the faith OK?"
"uh, sure. OK."

Lance watched as Lilly and Jack disappeared. into the dust and away.
Lance turned around and went inside the bus where Justin, Chris, JC, and Joey were watching TV.
