If you choose to ignore this request, The *NSYNCery can not be held responsible for any of the consequences. Please be aware that The *NSYNCery considers privacy to be very important. We will never divulge any of your personal information to anyone without your prior written consent. Any names and email addresses displayed on this site are for credit for creation purposes only, and then will only be displayed with the copyright holder's/ creator's prior permission. Where permission is not given to display the creator's first given name, a screen name will be used instead, which is decided by the creator. Displaying the email address of a creator is optional, and is decided upon by the creator themselves. In place of an email address, a creator's website URL may be displayed. This is also optional, and also decided by the creator.

Please note that no email you recieve from this website goes unsolicited. When you sign up to recieve a newsletter from The *NSYNCery, and you no longer wish to recieve it, you may unregister yourself from the mailing list by following the instructions at the bottom of the email, or replying to the sent email and requesting to be removed from the mailing list. After this has been completed, and I have recieved and read your email, you will no longer receive the unwanted newsletters. Any complaints about getting these emails will be ignored. Any threat of legal action will not be taken seriously, as no newsletter emails will be sent to anyone who has not previously requested it.

By using this site, you agree to the following rules:-

1. Please do not post any information on Justin Timberlake, Chris Kirkpatrick, Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, or JC Chasez's personal lives, family members, or current or former girlfriends. This is an *NSYNC fansite, about the members of *NSYNC only. Here at The *NSYNCery, it is understood that occasionally other people who may or may not be close to the *NSYNC guys may come up due to news or events surrounding any of the guys' carreers. In this case it is acceptable to mention these people, but never in any way that may be seen as invading any of the guys' personal lives, or attacking them in any way.
2. Try not to swear too much. Especially don't use really offensive words. It's unnecessary, and doesn't make you look any cooler.
3. Remember to B+ (be positive).
4. Have fun.

You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations, and are solely responsible for all acts that occur under your username/account made by you. By using this site, you agree not to:-

1. Defame, degrade, abuse, attack, harass, stalk, threaten, or in any way abuse the rights of any other individual on this site.
2. Post any racist material of any kind.
3. Post any pornographic, or adult oriented material.
4. Provide any false or fraudulent information. This includes, but is not limited to, falsifying your identity, creating multiple identities, and providing false or misleading information about yourself. The only exception to this rule is if the false information is given as part of a joke, and is made VERY clear to all individuals viewing the information that it is a joke, right from the very beginning.
5. Flame any other users of this site.
6. Post negative comments about any person or thing, without also including some constructive criticism.
7. Post using excessive obscene or vulgar language.
8. Interfere with any other user's entertainment and use of this site.
9. Remove any copyright, or proprietry rights notices contained within this website
10. Collect personal information on any other user of this website that is not socially acceptable or reasonably expected to be welcomed by other users.
11. Harvest or collect email addresses, usernames or IP addresses of any other users of this website.
12. Attempt to gain unathorised access to any part of this website, or to any other user's account.
13. Post any material containing any sort of computer virus, trojan, worm, or other malicious program or code designed to limit the functionality of any computer hardware, software, or telecommunications equipment.
14. Spam any part of this website. This includes, but is not limited to, posting numerous identical or similar messages to the website, or posting numerous messages one after the other in a relatively short time frame.

The *NSYNCery reserves the right, at it's own discretion, to ban or disallow individuals access to all or part of this website at any time, and without notice. A breach of these Terms of Service may result in your access to all or part of this website being disabled either temporarily or permanently. Any exception to any part of these terms of service will be effective only when approved by The *NSYNCery admin through writing.
